One prisoner wanted to help his brother, who needed a kidney, but the prison officials/government wouldn’t give him “time off,” if he were to give his kidney to his brother. And, so, his brother died because he didn’t give his kidney, or because the prison wouldn’t meet his wants to be released sooner (just for giving an organ)!
We, now, have the DNA of every prisoner (in America);
