Richard, Concord CA United StatesDear Rex -- As a stockholder, I have become increasingly concerned about Exxon's disregard for the environment and its failure to support human rights issues such as equal rights for gay and lesbian employees. Because of these, I am selling ALL of my Exxon holdings. It is not a large amount, certainly not by Exxon's standards (1,450 shares), but I hope that others will also divest from Exxon investments as a way of supporting efforts to slow global warming, protect the environment, and further respect and human rights for all people. I hope you may realize that we owe a better legacy to our children and all creatures of the earth -- and make Exxon a better citizen of the world community!
